Issues Of Education System In Pakistan

Nation's development and achievement is related to its educational sector, as well as it may bring the change in whole infrastructure of the society. As likely to, Nelson Mandela claimed: "Education is such a powerful weapon that may use to change the society".

However in case of Pakistan, education sector has been lying on the death-bed due to various negligence and incompetency in the existing framework. One of the most prominent cause is the lack of investment on the educational infrastructure. As likely to World Economic Survey of Pakistan 2022 report: "Educational sectors of Pakistan lie on the edge of destruction due to lack of investment policies. Moreover, Pakistan spends the 1.96% of its budget on the educational sector".

The second prime reason is the lack of public awareness that creates the hurdle in the way of education. Not only it halts the production in a state but also drag the sustainable growth on danger. As likely to Tribune news Report-23, "Literacy rate in Pakistan is only 62.3% in which female literacy criteria falls on 53.2% and male ratio of literary is 72.1%".

So by insights all the circumstances, most of times cultural barriers put the obstacles and close the door of empowerment for women. Last but not least, workplace deviant behavior is found the third prime cause that halts the growth of learning. In which teachers normally provide the strained environment to student that ultimately affect the students and target on their studies. For this students face the reluctance to ask queries due to imposed pressure by the teachers. Moreover, this way is the key source to become the deviant and may divert from the studies.

In a nut shell, Education plays a crucial role for the development of the state and by insights all shortcomings there is dire need to cut all the bad roots, that not only lessen the growth, but also create the recession in a society. In this way, Education For All policy (SDG) should practically implement at all stage (from federal to local level).

Furthermore, different sort of incompetency should be removed for improved learning; moreover appropriate budget should be financed for better learning. As well as Government of Pakistan should give the stress on R&D based (research and development) projects.
